Return and Refund Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Thank you for shopping with CarbonERA.
This Return and Refund Policy explains how return, refund, cancellation, damaged-item, and incorrect-item requests are handled.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days after your order is delivered.
To qualify for a standard return, the product should be unused, unmodified, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible.
Before returning any product, contact CarbonERA at support@carbonera.shop and include your order number and reason for the return.
Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from CarbonERA first.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, including change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If CarbonERA sent an incorrect item, or if an item arrives materially damaged or defective, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping expenses.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by CarbonERA or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@carbonera.shop.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant
We may request additional information necessary to evaluate the issue.
Refunds
Returned products may be inspected before a refund is approved.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original supported payment method.
After CarbonERA submits a refund, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, Shopify, or other payment provider.
