Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with CarbonERA.

CarbonERA currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Orders with unsupported shipping destinations cannot currently be completed.

CarbonERA currently offers the following shipping options where available:

Standard Shipping — $8.00 USD
Express Shipping — $15.00 USD

Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are displayed during Shopify Checkout before payment is completed.

CarbonERA does not currently offer an automatic free-shipping threshold.

Orders are prepared for fulfillment as quickly as reasonably possible.

Processing time can vary because of factors including:

• Order volume
• Weekends and holidays
• Inventory availability
• Payment or fraud review
• Address verification
• Operational circumstances

An order confirmation does not mean that the package has already been shipped.

Delivery timeframes displayed during checkout or provided by a shipping carrier are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Selecting Express Shipping does not by itself create a guaranteed delivery date unless a specific guarantee is expressly presented during checkout.

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided through email, the customer's order status, customer account, or another order communication.

Tracking information can require additional time after shipment before becoming active in the carrier's system.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you discover an address error after ordering, contact support@carbonera.shop as soon as possible.

CarbonERA will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
